Once ordered, your item immediately is in the process of manufacturing. Since the customer’s shipping address is in United Arab Emirates, they have the option of viewing their products during the manufacturing stage live and up close at the factory. Taxes and Duties

As per each government’s customs policy, orders may be imposed with additional duties and taxes at the recipient’s country. Kindly view the table to learn about additional cost associated with your country. Please note that the percentage (%) will be added to the total invoice.

Packaging

We insure that the packaging is discreet and elegant so that the customer feels safe of about the shipment of their goods.

Alternate Shipping Addresses

If the customer wants we can label the shipment to an alternative address other than the billing address. However, we advise card is associated with the alternate address. This helps avoid fraudulent red flags by your bank.

RETURN POLICY

We guarantee a return policy liable for 30 days from the shipment date.

Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days.

HOW TO ARRANGE RETURN ORDER

We require that you follow the mentioned steps in order to successfully complete a return order.

 - Contact Diamera to begin return: Contact our customer care team at – inquiry@diamera.com – with the subject “Return Order – Your Name” or you could directly contact us via Whatsapp at +971501877308. This will inform us to initiate the return order process. 

 - Prepare return shipment: Once our team is contacted, by email or Whatsapp, we will immediately process the order and provide you with details on delivery. During which, we recommend that you (the customer) begin to arrange for the return item to shipped via courier services.

Please note: The return delivery and insurance fee is to be beared by the customer.

Kindly refrain from accepting damaged or open deliveries and contact us immediately at +971501877308. Once the return items are shipped, Diamera will hold no liability or responsibility for damaged goods returned.

SHIPPING FEES credited during the purchase are non-refundable.

NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCT

 -  Engraved jewelry such as Personalized engraved items with personal messages or initials may not be refundable

 -  Items purchased are explicitly not eligible.

 -  Shipping fees are non-refundable including any freight changes or any other change occurred during the process of delivery to the customers.

 -  Items returned without the necessary paperwork or documents.

At the completion of return delivery shipment, the customer is notified via email with a confirmation. It can take a maximum of 24 hours to process the product for Quality Assessment.

Quality Assessment ensures the product for damage and product documentation.

Once completed and cleared your money will be debited into your credit/debit card or bank account within 15 working days.
